Job summary

GI Group Main Account is recruiting several Warehouse Operatives for a Distribution Centre in Coalville, Bardon, Leicestershire. You will join a friendly team and ensure orders are picked, packed and delivered on time and in full.

Shifts are rotational: week 1 6am-2:30pm, week 2 2:30pm-11pm. Benefits include 28 days holiday, training provided, subsidised canteen, staff shop discounts, free onsite car park, and gym access.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking team player.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred but not essential.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods.
• Ensure the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Work with weights up to 25 kg.
• General Warehouse Operative tasks and duties.
• Adhere to safe and responsible working standards.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Any other duties as requested by supervision.
