HR GO Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Banbury (OX16) to join a rotating 4 days on/4 days off shift (12-hour shifts) with day and night options. Candidates should be prepared for a drug and alcohol test and be able to pass maths and English assessments during induction. Duties include picking, packing, dispatch prep, and stock control.

Role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Temp-to-perm opportunity

Location: Banbury - Oxford, OX16

Pay Rates

• Days: £13.40 per hour
• Nights: £14.40 per hour

Shift Pattern

4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts

You must be available to work Monday through Sunday on a rotating shift pattern.

• Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am

Important Information

Please note that you must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test during your first-day induction. As well as a maths and English test.
