Job summary

HR GO Recruitment seeks a Warehouse Operative in Banbury. You’ll rotate between day and night shifts, picking/packing orders, checking quality, labeling, scanning stock, and loading/unloading deliveries. A strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to stand for long periods are essential. You’ll also pass an induction drug/alcohol test and complete maths/English tests.

Role requires accuracy, teamwork and adherence to health and safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable being on your feet for long periods.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job description

Monday through Sunday on a rotating shift pattern.

Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm

Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am

• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
