Job summary

GR Employment Ltd are looking for part-time Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of our customers who is a world leader in parcel logistics. The role is based in Basildon, St. Hilary's Retail Park area.

You will be working in the service centre handling secure shipments, scanning and processing parcels. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:30 with an hourly rate of £13.02 plus premiums for evening, Saturday and Sunday work.

Qualifications

GR Employment Ltd are looking for part‑time Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of our customers who is a worldwide market leader in parcel logistics. The position is based in Basildon, St. Hilary's Retail Park area.

The Operations Processor is a hands‑on role, working within the warehouse section of the Service Centre. Working directly with secure, customs‑cleared shipments, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing parcels are processed quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials and shipments are processed and loaded into vehicles in a precise, safe and time‑efficient manner. You will be required to scan and distribute materials within the service centre.

Shift Available:

Monday to Friday: 16:00 - 19:30

Hourly Rate: £13.02 per hour

Shift Premium: Extra £2.80 per hour after 7.00 pm

Saturday Premium: Extra £1.22 per hour

Sunday Premium: Extra £2.27 per hour

Job responsibilities:

Process all incoming and outgoing shipments
