Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Team Members for our Beckton site. Join a market-leading logistics provider and play a key role in loading, unloading, stock handling and order preparation on a fixed night shift.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive annual salary of £32,000, pension, holiday pay and access to our benefits portal. Training will be provided, with opportunities for progression in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, flexible, and reliable approach with a willingness to support operational requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
• Punctual, committed, and driven to achieve targets with a proactive and results-focused attitude.
• FLT licence (advantageous; training can be provided for the right candidate).

• Complete warehouse duties to ensure daily workloads are achieved within specified timescales.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently, meeting operational KPI targets.
• Accurately record stock movements and product arrivals using warehouse management systems.
• Operate safely within a fast-moving warehouse environment and support multiple warehouse functions.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
• Comply with all health, safety, and safe working practices to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues.

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Carlsberg Britvic in Beckton. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, undertaking a variety of tasks including loading and unloading vehicles, stock handling, order preparation, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a Night Shift: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00.
