GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Team Members for the Beckton site, supporting Carlsberg Britvic. The role involves loading/unloading, stock handling and order prep, with a focus on safety and housekeeping in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

The position is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 22:00–06:00, offering £32,000 per year plus holiday pay and a company pension. Opportunities for development and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, flexible, and reliable approach with a willingness to support operational requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
• Punctual, committed, and driven to achieve targets with a proactive and results-focused attitude.
• Computer literate, with an FLT licence being advantageous (training can be provided for the right candidate)

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Carlsberg Britvic in Beckton. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, undertaking a variety of tasks including loading and unloading vehicles, stock handling, order preparation, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a Night Shift: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00
