Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts in Harlow. You will manage picking, loading, and organizing orders to ensure timely delivery the next day. The role requires activity across ambient, chilled, and frozen zones and collaboration with the night team to keep operations running smoothly.

The position suits someone with a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a focus on accuracy and safety. Training for equipment and voice-picking will be provided.

Play an important part in our journey

As a Warehouse Operative on our night shift, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments, helping to prepare customer orders ready for delivery.

Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll help ensure our drivers leave on time with the right products in the right place, so our customers receive the excellent service they expect.

This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you'll stay active throughout your shift while playing a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly overnight.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
