Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics in the UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative for our night shift in Swadlincote. You will help ensure the accurate handling, storage and dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are essential. FLT licence is preferred or you will be supported to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming stock against delivery documentation.
• Inspect goods for damage, discrepancies, or mislabelling.
• Sort and relocate stock within the warehouse.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Prepare goods for dispatch.
• Carry out stock checks and assist inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including FLTs (where trained).
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and company standards.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team in Swadlincote.

Playing a vital role within our operation, you will help ensure the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products that support patients and healthcare services across the UK.

About The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse by ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately. You'll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming stock against delivery documentation
• Inspecting goods for damage, discrepancies, or incorrect labelling
• Sorting and relocating stock within the warehouse
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventory control
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Operating warehouse equipment, including FLTs (where trained)
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company standards

Working Hours

• Permanent, Full-Time
• 40 hours per week
• Night shifts
• Typical shift patterns:
  • 19:00 - 03:00
  • 20:00 - 04:00
• Flexibility is required as start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements.
