Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to support healthcare logistics across the UK. You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Working with the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll help ensure accurate stock control, complete counts, and efficient processes. Site-based, full-time with flexible shifts and ongoing support in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year's warehouse experience
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock control
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
• Previous experience within logistics, distribution, or healthcare environments
• FLT licence may be preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking deliveries
• Identifying and reporting damaged or missing items
• Storing products safely and accurately
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Assisting with stock transfers and warehouse organisation
• Completing stock counts and inventory checks
• Updating stock information using warehouse systems

Warehouse Operative to support the day-to-day operations of our client's warehouse facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that plays a vital role in supporting healthcare services across the UK.

Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help ensure stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Identifying and reporting damaged or missing items
• Storing products safely and accurately

What We're Looking For

• Minimum

1 year's warehouse experience

• Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock control
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Valid
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
• Previous experience within logistics, distribution, or healthcare environments

Candidates without an FLT licence may still be considered depending on experience.
