LF&E, part of the UK's healthcare logistics sector, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our night shift in Swadlincote. You will support stock receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Work in a temperature-controlled setting, ensuring medicines reach patients and providers safely. The role offers training, teamwork, and potential for career progression within a growing national operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming stock against delivery documentation.
• Inspecting goods for damage, discrepancies, or labeling issues.
• Sorting and relocating stock within the warehouse.
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and maintaining stock records.
• Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operating warehouse equipment, including FLTs (where trained).
• Following Health & Safety procedures and company standards.

We specialise in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics, ensuring vital medications reach patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers safely and on time.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team in Swadlincote.

Playing a vital role within our operation, you will help ensure the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products that support patients and healthcare services across the UK.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse by ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately. You'll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming stock against delivery documentation
• Inspecting goods for damage, discrepancies, or incorrect labelling
• Sorting and relocating stock within the warehouse

Working Hours

• Permanent, Full-Time
• 40 hours per week
• Night shifts
• Typical shift patterns:
  • 19:00 - 03:00
  • 20:00 - 04:00
• Flexibility is required as start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements.
