Job summary

Wolseley Group in Melmerby is hiring a Warehouse Operative for night shifts. The role offers a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, a base salary of £27,242.97 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Location: Melmerby – Wolseley. You will perform general warehouse duties, pick/pack stock, load/unload vehicles, and may receive FLT training. Benefits include annual leave, a strong pension, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• FLT experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Able to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• General Warehouse duties.
• Picking and packing stock with some heavy lifting.
• Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
• Driving FLT Truck - training may be provided.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace following health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

you’ll be responsible for:

• General Warehouse duties.
• Picking and packing stock, which will involve some heavy lifting.
• Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
• Driving FLT Truck - Training may be provided.
• Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on the night shift
