Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited in Melmerby is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our distribution team. The successful candidate will handle general warehouse duties, picking and packing stock, loading/unloading vehicles, and may drive an FLT with training provided.

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Operative based in Melmerby you will be responsible for:

• Picking and packing stock, which will involve some heavy lifting
• Loading/unloading vehicles safely
• Driving FLT Truck - Training may be provided
• Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures

Contract & Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on the mid shift.

• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Able to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
