Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Melmerby. You will perform general warehouse duties, picking/packing stock, loading/unloading vehicles, and potentially drive an FLT truck.

Training may be provided, and you’ll work 40 hours per week on a Monday to Friday day shift. The role requires FLT experience (licenced preferred), team collaboration, and the ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.

As a Warehouse Operative based in Melmerby you’ll be responsible for:

• General Warehouse duties.
• Picking and packing stock, which will involve some heavy lifting.
• Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
• Driving FLT Truck - Training may be provided.
• Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on the day shift.
