Warehouse Operative - Nights

Location: Kidderminster
Working Hours: Nights Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 10pm - 6am)
Type: Temp to Perm Opportunity
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with strong attention to detail? We are currently recruiting a Nights Warehouse Operative to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment in Kidderminster. This role involves picking and packing customer orders, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse operation.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who is hands-on, physically fit, and looking for long-term stability in a growing team.

Warehouse Operative - Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ensuring all lifting and handling of goods is done safely, following manual handling guidelines

  • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, adhering to waste segregation and environmental policies

  • Supporting health and safety practices and contributing to a positive team culture

  • Using internal stock management systems to track inventory and orders

  • Cooperating with team leaders and supervisors to meet operational goals

Warehouse Operative - Skills & Requirements:
  • Basic IT knowledge (comfortable using in-house systems)

  • Physically fit and able to work in a manual role

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

  • Team player with a flexible and reliable attitude
