Warehouse Operative – 4 on 4 off Shift 12hr shift patterns – Days or Nights – £13.82/hr + Unsocial Hours Premium

Location: Barton Under Needwood
Pay Rate: £13.82 per hour + £2.20 unsocial hours premium (Nights circa £16.02/hour)
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days and/or Nights – to be confirmed)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities

• Permanent Days
• Permanent Nights
  Shift details will be confirmed at the interview stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking customer orders and preparing for dispatch.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Use of warehouse machinery – training may be provided if required.
• Stock Movement & Inventory Control: Ensuring accurate movement of stock across departments.
• Customer Service: Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Data Entry: Basic use of Microsoft Office and internal systems including Matrix software.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and physically fit for warehouse duties
• Basic IT skills – confident using Microsoft Office
• MHE or FLT experience (desirable but not essential)
• Flexible to work days or nights
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willing to obtain one
• Able to provide a 5-year work history (essential for compliance)
