Join Ocado Logistics as a Warehouse Operative in Bristol!

Be at the heart of preparing orders for customers in our state-of-the-art Bristol warehouse. We offer various shift options and a predictable work pattern planned 6-13 weeks in advance, including work in Ambient and Chill areas (-5℃).

Roles available include:

• Despatch: Loading totes into frames and delivery vans, sorting totes coming back to site.
• Pick: Picking and packing customer orders with robotic assistance.
• Inbound: Receiving goods and organizing them into totes for processing.
• Freezer: Picking and packing frozen items in temperatures up to -25℃, full gear provided.

Shift Times:

• Nights Pick/Freezer: 20:00 - 06:00 (4 nights)
• Days Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 (4 days)
• Nights Despatch: 21:00 - 07:00 (4 nights)
• Nights Inbound: 19:00 - 05:00 (4 nights)

Salary (from 31st March 2025):

• Starting rate: £12.45/hour
• Night shift premium (10pm-6am): +£2.50/hour
• Freezer Premium: +£0.80/hour
• Overtime: x1.25 basic rate
