Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Derby is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, hands-on team. Work includes picking, packing, sorting and general warehouse tasks with a 4 on/4 off night shift pattern. Competitive pay plus a 15% night premium, and excellent on-site facilities are provided in a busy distribution setting.

Your day involves fast-paced order processing, manual handling and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while supporting smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Counterbalance or Reach experience is advantageous.
• Flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with speed and accuracy.

Pay Rate: £27, 692.78 (£13.83ph) + 15% night shift premium

Grade: RCS P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off Night Shift 18:30 - 06:30
