Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a permanent full-time role in Daventry. The position involves picking, packing and sorting orders in a busy warehouse, with shifts on a 4-on 4-off pattern from 6pm to 6am.

Previous warehouse or MHE experience is a plus, but full training is provided. You will join a large global logistics leader offering a competitive pension and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Flexible, friendly approach and can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with speed and accuracy.
• Training provided; prior warehouse experience a plus.
• MHE experience with Counterbalance and PPT forklift is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and sort orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle loading/unloading and manual handling tasks.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Operate MHE on site as required.

Shift patterns: Four On, Four Off-6pm until 6am -Nights

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE?

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
• Use of MHE onsite within the warehouse

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
• Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker. Training is provided!
