Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Coalville to support fast-paced logistics operations. You will pick, pack, and dispatch orders, handle stock receipt and storage, and operate warehouse equipment following training and health-and-safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and reliable performance, with a focus on maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality site operations. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Pay Rate: £27,064.01

Grade: RCS P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7am to 7pm, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Location: Coalville, LE67 1UA

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Receive, check, and put away stock safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with training and site procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
• Support inventory accuracy through stock checks and adherence to warehouse processes.
