Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a 30-hour night-shift role in the United Kingdom. You will pick products, check stock, and help move goods to stores, contributing to stock availability across 2,000+ items.

The role offers a pay rate of £13.80–£14.45 per hour, 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave and a contributory pension. Bank holiday and night-shift premiums apply.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and listen to picking instructions via headset and execute swiftly.

• Ensure deliveries are stacked and secure for transfer to stores.
• Report damaged items to the manager and maintain stock integrity.
• Work independently to process orders and meet targets.

What you'll do

• Multitask and carefully listen to picking instructions through your headset to carry them out swiftly
• Pack a variety of our products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working at temperatures as low as -18°C)
• Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure
• Report any damaged items to your manager
• Responsibly and independently work through your orders

• An additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights
