Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Doncaster. You will support stores by picking, packing and managing stock to ensure shelves stay full and products reach customers on time.

You'll work 37.5 hours with shifts from 12:45 to 21:00, earning £13.80–£14.45 per hour, plus holiday entitlement and benefits. Training and progression opportunities are available as you become part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Be a multitasker, listening to picking instructions and carrying them out swiftly.

• Ensure deliveries are stacked and secure, report damaged items to your manager.
• Independently process your orders and take responsibility for accuracy.

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You’ll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being and life outside of Lidl.

What you’ll do

• Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure

• Be responsible for independently working through your orders
