Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Warehouse Operative (Goods In) to support daily warehouse activity in the UK. You will count, move and store stock, ensuring accurate processing of deliveries and maintaining high standards in a busy environment.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced team. Twilight shifts run from 2pm to 10pm, with a competitive benefits package and pro rata holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carefully count, move, and store stock across the warehouse.
• Ensure stock is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Work in the Twilight Shift (2pm-10pm) in a busy warehouse.
• Follow temperature and delivery processing procedures.
• Maintain warehouse standards with a clean-as-you-go approach.

What you'll do

• Carefully count, move, and put away the full range of food and non-food products
• Make sure the stock is processed accurately to the highest standards
• Be happy to work in cold environments
• Understand temperature compliance processes
• Follow processes for recording incorrect deliveries
• Communicate clearly and confidently with your teams
• Help with team tasks and keep warehouse standards to the expected level, with a clean as you go attitude

What you'll need
