Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Motherwell to ensure stores receive the right stock, from picking products to assisting with stock checks. You’ll independently process orders to keep our shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive hourly pay rate (£13.80–£19.45), with £2.00/hour extra on bank holidays and £3.50/hour for night shifts, plus 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme to support your wellbeing and

• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Be responsible for independently working through your orders.

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You’ll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
