Job summary

Co-op Dalcross depot in Inverness is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for the night shift. Shifts are 10pm–6am, 37.5 hours per week with training provided and a competitive benefits package. No prior experience required; strong teamwork helps you reach daily targets.

This role offers a base rate plus night shift and weekend allowances, plus generous benefits to support you and your family.

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment.

• Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse.
• Work in a team to achieve key targets.

Warehouse Operative - Night Shift

£16.68 - £18.69 hourly rate plus great benefits (£13.34/hr base rate plus £3.34/hr night shift allowance and £2.01/hr weekend shift allowance)

10pm - 6am, any 5 days over 7 including weekends

Full time - 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to work at our Dalcross depot. No experience is required, all training is provided and the role comes with a competitive salary and great benefits package.
