Job summary

The Co-operative Retail Logistics is hiring Warehouse Operatives at our Newhouse depot. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a base rate of £13.34 per hour plus allowances for back and weekend shifts, and a benefits package.

You will pick and pack stock across frozen, chilled and ambient categories, load and unload deliveries, and move products to the correct areas within the warehouse while working to daily targets.

£13.34 - £17.36 hourly rate plus great benefits (£13.34/hr base rate plus £2.01/hr back shift allowance and £2.01/hr weekend shift allowance)

2pm - 10pm any 5 days over 7 including weekends

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to work at our Newhouse depot. No experience is required, all training is provided and the role comes with a competitive salary and great benefits package.

This is an active role where you'll work towards daily targets, so if you'd welcome the opportunity to get some exercise while you're on the clock, this could be the right job for you!

What you'll do

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
• Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
• Work in a team to achieve key targets
