Job summary

Brakes, a leading UK foodservice company, is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Grantham. You will join a multi-temperature warehouse, performing picking, packing, stock replenishment and loading duties while following strict health and food safety standards.

The role offers a base annual salary of £28,992 plus shift pay and an annual bonus up to £1,500, with extensive benefits and career progression in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
• Basic maths skills to perform simple calculations.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment and lifting up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack quality products for customers.
• Replenish stock and load goods onto lorries.
• Support in a multi-temperature warehouse and follow health and food safety procedures.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure accurate, swift orders.

Our Warehouse Operators are the heart of our business. Joining a close-knit team in our multi-temperature warehouse, you'll enjoy plenty of variety as you get involved in everything from picking and packing quality products for customers, to replenishing stock and loading onto lorries. You'll also be supported by our friendly admin team, so that every order is processed accurately, swiftly and in line with health and food safety procedures.
