Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced beverage operation. You will rotate across shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, performing stock picks, loading pallets via MHE/PPT, and keeping accurate counts while ensuring safety and clean, organized work areas.

The role focuses on teamwork, reliable performance, and clear communication with Team Leaders to maintain high standards and efficient operations in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s.
• PPT/MHE experience desirable for this role.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Report damages and comply with reporting procedures for MHE.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

Salary: £27176.70 per annum

What you'll be doing:

• - Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• - Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT
• - Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• - Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• - Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• - Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• - Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• - Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• - Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• - Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

• - Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• - PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role
• - Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy
