Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative in Coventry CV3. The role is a day shift (09:30 start) Mon-Fri with a genuine temp-perm pathway after 12 weeks. You will work in a small, collaborative team and operate MHE to move, load and unload stock.

Duties include loading/unloading containers, stock putaway, picking/packing, and quality checking. A proactive, can-do attitude and previous warehouse MHE experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Attitude is key for this role.
• Previous Warehouse MHE experience desired.
• Available to work day shifts 09:30–18:00.
• Manual handling capable up to 40 kg with two-person lift when required.

Experienced Warehouse Operative - Any MHE experience benefitial

Day Shift Mon-Fri (09:30 start time with an early finish on a Friday)

Temp-Perm after 12 weeks

£12.96 per hour - 39 hours per week

We are currently hiring for a reliable, proactive warehouse operative with previous MHE experience based in the CV3 area.

This role will be working in a small, closeknit team of hardworking individuals with good morale.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading containers
• Putaway and replenishing stock
• Picking and packing
• Quality checking stock
• Operating MHE (counterbalance and or bendi) to move stock, load and unload.

What do I need to be considered?

• Attitude is key for this role
• Proactive nature - somebody who can use their initiative to help out team members and organise the warehouse if you find yourself with spare time.
• Previous Warehouse MHE experience desired
• Available to work days shifts between the hours of: 09:30-18:00
• Happy with manual handling - most items are aprox 5-15kg however at times items can weigh up to 40kg (2 person lift)
• Happy with a role with duties on and off the trucks
