Barker Ross are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Banbury, UK. You will work a 4 on 4 off pattern with day shifts (06:00–18:00) and night shifts (18:00–06:00). Training will be provided, including MHE (PPT) training, and there is ongoing work in a busy logistics operation.
Daily duties include order picking, stock checks, pallet building, loading/unloading, and using scanners and the Warehouse Management System. Previous warehouse experience helps but is not essential.

Everyone who successfully completes the induction day will receive PPT training, so you do not need to already hold a PPT licence.
Once trained and confident on PPT, there will also be opportunities to progress onto additional MHE training, including Reach Truck and VNA.

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Experience using pallet trucks, PPT, Reach Truck, VNA or other warehouse equipment would be an advantage.
Suitable for candidates with experience as: FLT Driver, Reach Truck Driver, Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Order Picker, Picker/Packer, PPT Driver, Counterbalance Driver, Goods In Operative, Goods Out Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, General Operative, Factory Worker, Logistics Operative and other warehouse or industrial roles.
