Job summary

Pertemps North West and North Wales is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Preston Brook (WA7) to join a busy team on a 4 on/4 off rota from 06:00 to 18:00. Pay £13.98 per hour with overtime at £19.07 p/h and 45 minutes unpaid breaks.

The role involves picking, loading and sorting flat-pack furniture and white goods, operating PPT/LLOP/Reach trucks, and performing basic quality checks. Immediate start with potential permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• PPT, LLOP or Reach truck experience is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Previous PPT, LLOP OR Reach truck experience is essential
• Ability to carry out repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting duties
• Comfortable working with large and bulky items such as furniture and white goods
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
