Job summary

IFGlobal is seeking an Inventory Operative on a 3-month fixed-term contract to help keep stock accurate and the warehouse running smoothly. You will manage stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and carry out regular audits across Christchurch and Hurn.

The role requires attention to detail, good literacy and numeracy, and the ability to work quickly in a health-and-safety focused environment. You will join a team dedicated to improving processes and efficiency.

About the role

As an Inventory Operative (3 month fixed term contract), you’ll play a key role in keeping our stock accurate and our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll manage stock movements, investigate discrepancies and carry out regular audits, while looking for ways to improve processes and drive greater efficiency across the operation. You will be required to travel across two sites based in Christchurch and Hurn.

What you’ll do

• Auditing stock using our BLADE WMS system
• Working in parallel with the goods in team to ensure stock is located in the mostopportunistic locations to improve efficiencies downstream
• Working with the dispatch team remedying bottlenecks to ensure all orders are shippedwithin SLA
• To ensure clean and tidy working environment and that staff are using all required PPE
• Ensuring work is carried out to a high-quality standard.
• Any other duties as assigned
