Job summary

IFGlobal is a technology-enabled 3PL based in the United Kingdom, seeking an Inventory Operative to keep stock accurate and the warehouse running smoothly. You will manage stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and conduct regular audits to drive efficiency across the operation.

You will work with goods in and dispatch teams to ensure orders ship within SLA, while maintaining health and safety standards and a tidy working environment.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to high health & safety standards.
• Self-motivation and the ability to think fast on your feet.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
• A proactive approach to audits and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Audit stock using the BLADE WMS system.
• Coordinate with the goods in team to locate stock efficiently in optimal locations.
• Work with the dispatch team to remedy bottlenecks and meet SLA.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment with PPE compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role

As an Inventory Operative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our stock accurate and our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll manage stock movements, investigate discrepancies and carry out regular audits, while looking for ways to improve processes and drive greater efficiency across the operation.

What you'll do

• Auditing stock using our BLADE WMS system
• Working in parallel with the goods in team to ensure stock is located in the mostopportunistic locations to improve efficiencies downstream
• Working with the dispatch team remedying bottlenecks to ensure all orders are shippedwithin SLA
• To ensure clean and tidy working environment and that staff are using all required PPE
• Ensuring work is carried out to a high-quality standard.
• Any other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
