Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the team in Crewe. The role is permanent, full-time, and involves delivering reliable customer service while handling stock, packing, shipping, and receiving.

We welcome applicants with warehouse experience and a proactive, team-focused mindset. Training will be provided to support development and good customer care as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or similar environments is preferred.
• Must have/able to obtain a full UK driving license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supporting consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service.
• Supporting other team members with enquiries and problems.
• Previous SAP experience would be beneficial but training is provided.
• Coordinate stock, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Comply with SOPs to maintain quality control and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal sales to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain inventory with regular counts and audits.
• Maintain efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and keep the warehouse clean and organised.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be a pivotal part of the Insite team, and its success so get ready to be in demand. Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying!

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Insite's and are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the Insite Manager to develop the business by capitalising on every profitable sales opportunity whilst ensuring good customer care working practices are maintained and the customer’s expectations are exceeded whenever possible.
