Workforce Unlimited is seeking a Warehouse Operative in the United Kingdom. The role offers £13.45 per hour plus a £1 shift bonus (£14.45 per hour) with a temporary-to-permanent progression for the right candidate.

The position involves handling stock, fulfilling orders, loading/unloading deliveries, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse. A counterbalance or reach truck licence/experience is required, and the job operates on a 3-shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a rotating 3-shift pattern.
• Willing to follow safety and waste reduction policies.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Organising and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains a clean, safe, and organised environment.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives by ensuring efficient use of resources and waste reduction.
