Workforce Unlimited is seeking a Warehouse Operative in the United Kingdom. The role offers £13.45 per hour plus a £1 shift bonus (£14.45 per hour) with a temporary-to-permanent progression for the right candidate.

Warehouse Operative Pay: £13.45 per hour + £1 hourly shift bonus (£14.45 per hour)

Temporary to Permanent for the right person

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Client’s warehouse. You’ll be responsible for handling stock, fulfilling orders, and ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Organising and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains a clean, safe, and organised environment.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives by ensuring efficient use of resources and waste reduction.

Counterbalance or Reach truck experience would be required.

Shift Pattern

This role is a - 3 shift position, on the following rotation;

• Week 1 – Days (Monday to Friday 6am-2pm)
• Week 2 – Afternoons (Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm)
• Week 2 – Nights (Monday to Friday 10pm-6am)
