Forth Ports at Port of Tilbury is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support palletised goods movement across unloading, storage, picking and loading for distribution.

You will work in a fast-paced team, adhering to health and safety rules and contributing to accurate stock control using handheld scanners. The role requires 4 on/4 off shifts, including weekends, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Unload, store, pick and load palletised products 24/7 for distribution.
• Report damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Manager or Supervisors.
• Keep the warehouse clean and maintain equipment.
• Follow health and safety rules when handling goods.
• Ensure efficient operations by following procedures and schedules.
• Assist with inventory controls using a handheld scanner.
