Job summary

Wolseley Group in Melmerby is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a full-time role on a day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will handle general warehouse duties, picking and packing stock, loading and unloading vehicles, and possibly driving an FLT with training provided.

• FLT experience, ideally licenced.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Able to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• General Warehouse duties.
• Picking and packing stock, which will involve some heavy lifting.
• Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
• Driving FLT Truck - Training may be provided.
• Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures.

As a Warehouse Operative based in Melmerby you’ll be responsible for:

• General Warehouse duties.
