DPD is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in England to support our sustainable, high-energy delivery operation. You’ll work Sunday-Thursday with a 15:00–21:30 shift, receiving full training from day one and all required uniform and PPE.

In this fast-paced role you’ll load, unload and sort parcels up to 25 kg, operate scanners and conveyors, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy across the warehouse. A supportive team and clear progression opportunities are highlighted.

Job Description

• Days of Work:Sunday-Thursday - Tuesday/Saturday
• Hours of Work:15:00-21:30

This is a fast-paced, physical role and you will be on your feet all shift. As a warehouse operative, you will be the backbone of our operation, playing a critical role in DPD continuing to deliver outstanding service.

Key Duties Include:

• Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with precision and accuracy
• Handling items up to 25kg (who needs a gym membership when you can keep fit whilst you work!)
• Using our technology systems to ensure every parcel gets to the right place at the right time
• Operating warehouse equipment including scanners, conveyor systems, and handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the warehouse environment
• Conducting quality control checks to verify parcel condition and accurate labelling andreporting any discrepancies, damaged items, or system issues to your supervisor promptly
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and shift objectives
• Adhering to attendance expectations and maintaining reliability throughout your shift
