Job summary

Bottle Decoration Solutions in Barlby, Selby, North Yorkshire is seeking a practical Warehouse Operative and Counterbalance Forklift Driver. The role involves Goods In and Goods Out, loading/unloading stock, packing orders, and preparing glass products for printing and despatch.

You will operate a Counterbalance Forklift, work Monday to Friday with 7:00am–5:00pm shifts, and benefit from 28 days of holiday. A valid forklift certificate and warehouse experience are essential.

Salary: A GBP 12.71 per hour, reviewed after 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:hour shifts between 7.00am and 5.00pm

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate?

Bottle Decoration Solutions is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Barlby, Selby.

This is a varied, hands:on role where you will play an important part in keeping our warehouse operation running efficiently, from receiving incoming goods through to preparing and despatching customer orders.

Your main responsibility will be operating a Counterbalance Forklift for Goods In and Goods Out, alongside supporting the wider warehouse and production operation.

Your day:to:day responsibilities will include:

About You

We are looking for someone who is practical, dependable and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

You Will Need

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate, this is essential
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a working environment
• Previous warehouse experience
• A good understanding of warehouse health and safety
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to support different areas of the warehouse when required
• To be comfortable carrying out practical, hands:on duties throughout your shift
