Job summary

LF&E, a leading UK healthcare logistics provider, is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Swadlincote night shift. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of pharmaceutical products within a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work in a close-knit team across 40 hours per week, with permanent full-time status and night shifts (19:00–03:00 or 20:00–04:00). Overtime and development opportunities are available.

• Previous warehouse experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming stock against delivery documentation.
• Inspecting goods for damage, discrepancies, or incorrect labelling.
• Sorting and relocating stock within the warehouse.
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Preparing goods for dispatch.
• Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operating warehouse equipment, including FLTs (where trained).
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team in Swadlincote.

Playing a vital role within our operation, you will help ensure the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products that support patients and healthcare services across the UK.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse by ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately. You'll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are essential.
