Job summary

Pertemps Northampton is seeking a warehouse assistant in the Kettering area. The role involves order picking using voice-activated headsets (Manhattan) and operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) truck. You will build and stack cages and handle items up to 25kg.

This position offers on-site parking, a subsidised canteen, a staff shop, full training, temp-to-perm opportunities and paid breaks. Typical shifts are 5 days out of 7, with early AM start times.

Area: Kettering

• Hourly Pay: £14.63 per hour (with some listings reaching up to £17.70 per hour depending on shifts or overtime).
• Shift Pattern: Usually 5 days out of 7 (including weekends), such as the AM shift from 06:00 to 14:00.
• Key Responsibilities: Order picking via voice-activated headsets (Manhattan), operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) truck, building and stacking cages, and handling items weighing up to 25kg.
