Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Kettering for a full-time, fixed-shift role. You will work 5 days out of 7 across 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am shifts, earning £14.63-£17.70 per hour with overtime opportunities and onsite Staffline support.

Typical duties include order picking with a headset, moving goods with LLOP, and assisting with cages. The role weighs up to 25 kg and offers a rota-based long-term position with parking and transport links.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking using a headset.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Reliable team worker with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders as guided by the headset.
• Drive LLOP to pick orders and build cages.
• Perform other duties as requested by site.
