Job summary

Culina in Haverhill is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Chilled & Fresh team on a 4-on/4-off rotating shift pattern. You will be involved in picking stock, loading/unloading, and ensuring accuracy and safety in a temperature-controlled warehouse set between 2 and 4 degrees.

The role is full-time permanent with 12-hour rotations (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00) including weekends. Competitive salary £31,198 per annum plus potential performance bonuses up to £1,200 monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and meeting KPI targets.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high organisation.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock accurately and efficiently in a chilled warehouse.
• Load, unload and pick stock and orders using RF scanning.
• Assemble customer orders from order profiles and ensure correct quantities.
• Maintain health and safety standards and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Support a fast-paced operation while working as part of a team.
