Job summary

Culina Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative for the Haverhill site to support our Night Pick operation in a fast-paced, chilled environment. The role is 12-hour nights on a 4 on/4 off pattern, with temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

The salary is £32,322.68 per annum, plus performance-based pick bonuses up to £1,200 monthly for high performers. Duties include loading/unloading, order picking, RF scanning, and ensuring safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.

• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Confidently hit targets and KPIs while maintaining strong performance.
• Load, unload, and pick stock in a chilled warehouse.
• Use RF Gun to scan pallets during loading/unloading.
• Assemble customer orders from profiles.
• Ensure the correct quantity is picked.
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Keep warehouse and areas tidy and well-maintained.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12‑hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Salary: £32,322.68 per annum

On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers

What you'll be doing:

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

We operate a Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week - £32,322.68
