Great Bear in Milton Keynes is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a full-time, permanent basis. The role operates a 4 On 4 Off dayshift from 06:00 to 18:00, supporting a beverage warehouse operation with a focus on accurate stock movement and safe operations.

The role offers a £30,024.90 basic annual salary and requires reliable, hardworking individuals who can meet targets and maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
• PPT experience is essential for this role.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessment guidelines and report issues to team leaders and managers.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for reporting damages and operating MHE.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working on a 4 On 4 Off dayshift working from 06:00am - 18:00pm

Salary: £30,024.90 basic per annum.

What you'll be doing:

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment
