Job summary

Huhtamaki is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to support order processing, loading/unloading, and production supply. The role emphasizes accurate picking, stock control, and a clean, safe working environment.

You will follow established procedures to ensure efficient material flow and high-quality service for internal customers, contributing to Huhtamaki's packaging solutions mission.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential for accurate picking and production supply.
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and ability to follow safety protocols, especially when operating machinery.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Processing and loading orders: completing shipments by accurately processing, loading and unloading internal orders.
• Production fulfillment: preparing orders for materials and supplying to production.
• Inventory control: enforcing inventory controls and processing stock location orders.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment: keeping shelves and workstations neat and organized.
• Providing quality service: following organizational procedures and meeting service expectations.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing and Loading Orders - Completing shipments by accurately processing, loading and unloading internal orders. Unloading incoming material and internal movements of material.
• Production fulfillment - Preparing orders for materials, including paper reels, packing boxes, pallets and supplying to production.
• Inventory Control - Enforcing inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and production requests.
• Maintaining a Safe and Clean Environment -Keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and organized to preserve a safe working environment.
• Providing Quality Service - Ensuring high standards by following organizational procedures and service expectations.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Understanding of Health & Safety Procedures. Must follow safety protocols, especially when operating machinery and handling materials.
