Job summary

Cranswick Country Foods is hiring a Warehouse Operative for our on-site Dry Goods team in Eye. The role involves handling stock, NAV deliveries, scanning with NAV, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Core hours are 5am-5pm with a 4 on/4 off pattern. The salary starts at £13.96 per hour plus a £1 attendance bonus, with overtime after contracted hours and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, discounts, and life assurance.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our fast pace Dry Goods department.

Core hours of work are between 5AM - 5PM, 4on/4off shift pattern.

Job requirements of Dry Goods Operative:

• Supplying retail/primal
• Stock control
• Booking in deliveries on NAV
• Operate scanning guns for NAV
• Administration/paperwork
• Print sleeves
• General warehouse duties (including some heavy lifting)

What you will need:

• Computer & organisational skills
• Be able work accurately and timely

• Be confident with dealing with people

Pay and benefits:

• Salary - £13.96 per hour
• Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
• Overtime - time and a third after contracted hours
