Job summary

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Loughborough. This is a temporary/ad-hoc role in a fast-paced food production environment with full training provided.

Your duties include loading, moving ingredients, weighing and labelling, and carrying out quality checks. Shifts are 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and potential temp-to-perm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of food hygiene standards desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with cleaning and changing machinery between production runs.
• Moving ingredients and finished products around the factory.
• Loading ingredients into mixing and cooking equipment.
• Weighing and labelling finished products accurately.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Loughborough. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of condiments and seasonings, supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative looking for long-term work within a fast-paced food production environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous production experience or those looking to develop their skills within the manufacturing sector.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Assisting with cleaning and changing machinery between production runs
• Moving ingredients and finished products around the factory
• Loading ingredients into mixing and cooking equipment
• Weighing and labelling finished products accurately
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Operating and monitoring production machinery

Pay & Shifts

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday – Friday

Rotating Shifts:

• 06:00 – 14:30 (Day Shift)
• 14:30 – 22:00 (Afternoon Shift)
