Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Aylesford is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a full-time, permanent role. You will work 12-hour day shifts on a 4on-4off pattern from 07:00 to 19:00 in a chilled warehouse, comfortable at around 3 degrees. Salary is £30,970 per year with potential overtime and performance bonuses up to £1,200 per month.

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.

• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well.

Responsibilities

• Operate PPT truck (ride on pallet truck).
• Accurately pick stock and customer orders in the chilled warehouse.
• Hit clear KPI targets in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
• Build pallets safely and efficiently through accurate case picking.
• Operate PPT ride-ons to move palletised goods safely around the warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders accurately against order profiles.
• Make sure every order is picked with the correct products and quantities.
• Champion high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running smoothly.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Aylesford team, supporting key retail warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 12-hour day shifts on a 4on-4off pattern, including weekend work, from 07:00 to 19:00.

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures of around 3 degrees.

Salary: £30,970 per annum

Enjoy the opportunity to earn more through additional overtime shifts, paid at time and a half.

On top of this we offer performance-based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers (after salary per annum)
