Warehouse Operative
Borough Green, Kent
£25,000 – £27,000 per annum (with potential increase after probation based on performance)
Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm

A long-standing and well-regarded fulfilment company is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and fast-paced team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Picking and packing orders with care and attention to detail
2. Counting stock, consolidating items, and restocking shelves
3. Keeping the warehouse tidy and well-organised
4. Collaborating with a team of around 10 colleagues under the guidance of a Warehouse Manager and Goods-In Manager
5. Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
6. Operate the Forklift Truck – once trained

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in a warehouse or similar manual role
2. Forklift experience is a plus, but not essential
3. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
4. A reliable, punctual team player with a positive attitude
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Own transport is required due to the limited public transport in the area
